For some, this consultation provides all the guidance needed for color selections or overall direction. For others, we’ll prepare a customized quote with a ballpark estimate of the design fees required to make your vision reality.

Schematic Design

If applicable, we’ll conduct a space analysis to ensure our recommendations align perfectly with your space. This may include taking precise measurements to confirm that all selections are properly scaled and fit seamlessly, documenting any items you’d like to incorporate into the new design, and noting existing conditions that should be considered as we work to create your perfect space.

We will create a mood board presentation to showcase our suggested design concepts and space planning. This may include key design elements, curated color schemes, and inspirational imagery, along with thoughtfully planned layouts to ensure a functional, balanced, and aesthetically cohesive space.

Design Development

Based on your feedback, we will refine the floor plans and develop detailed elevations to accurately document any changes to the existing space. We also offer additional options such as rendered floor plans, rendered elevations, or 3D views to help you better envision the final design.

In some cases, you may already have the perfect layout and simply need guidance in selecting finishes and fixtures. We’re here to assist with every detail, from finish selections and lighting fixtures to plumbing fixtures, hardware, paint colors, art, and accessories—ensuring all the essential elements come together seamlessly to complete your space.

Once we’ve finalized the ideal layout, we can assist with furniture selection and recommendations, focusing on pieces that complement your style and stand the test of time based on how you use your space. Additionally, we offer guidance on refinishing existing pieces, selecting fabrics, and choosing window treatments to create a cohesive and polished look.

Design Implementation

Once we’ve established the design, we’re ready to create your space! We can operate as your project manager to ensure a seamless transition from concept to completion. This includes coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers, managing timelines and budgets, and addressing any challenges that arise along the way.

We offer procurement services on all furniture, lighting, and accessories. This involves sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the delivery of furniture to ensure a seamless design process. This service takes the stress out of selecting and acquiring furniture by handling everything from vendor research to final installation.
